Who we are

Voost, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, operating globally via voost.io.

Eligibility

These Terms cover both our free and paid AI-driven audits and our paid consulting engagements, designed to support your go-to-market strategies.

No guarantees

Our audits, insights, and recommendations are for informational purposes. They are not legal, financial, or marketing guarantees, and outcomes may vary.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of any data or inputs you provide. We are not liable for decisions made based on inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information.

Intellectual property

All content, frameworks, AI-generated outputs, and materials we provide remain the property of Voost or our licensors. You may not reuse or reproduce them without our written permission.

Payments

All fees for AI-driven audits and consulting services are agreed in advance and processed securely. All payments are non-refundable due to the bespoke nature of our services, which are tailored to your specific needs and delivered upon payment. By engaging our services, you acknowledge that no refunds or credits will be issued under any circumstances, including dissatisfaction with outcomes or changes in your business needs. To avoid disputes, you agree to contact Voost directly at info@voost.io to resolve any issues before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute with your financial institution.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Voost is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our website or services. Use is at your own risk.

International use

Our services are available globally. You are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations in your own jurisdiction.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

  • Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent data or inputs.
  • Use our services or outputs for illegal, unethical, or harmful activities.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or misuse our AI tools or outputs.
  • Share access to our services with unauthorized third parties. Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of your access to our services without refund.

Termination of Services

Voost reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at our discretion, including for non-payment, violation of these Terms, or misuse of our services. Termination does not entitle you to a refund.

Confidentiality

Voost and you agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement, including business data, strategies, and AI-generated outputs. Neither party may disclose such information to third parties without written consent, except as required by law.

Force Majeure

Voost is not liable for delays or failures in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, cyber-attacks, or service provider outages.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA. Any disputes must first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will proceed to mediation or binding arbitration in Delaware before any court action. Any court proceedings will be resolved in Delaware courts.

Privacy Policy

What we collect
